This Privacy Policy explains how GeoPilot Pro handles information when you use the Android app. This policy applies to the app package com.geopilot.pro.

1. Information the app uses

GeoPilot Pro may request access to your device location so the app can provide map-based location selection and related app functionality. Depending on your Android permission choice, this may include approximate location or precise location.

2. Saved locations and preferences

The app can save selected pins, location names, latitude and longitude values, service status and app preferences on your device. This information is stored locally in the app’s private storage and is used to help you select, manage and reuse saved places.

3. Internet, maps and place search

The app may use internet/network access to load maps and support place search or reverse-location features. When these features are used, related technical information may be processed by third-party map or geocoding providers according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data collection by us

Based on the current app setup, GeoPilot Pro does not require user account creation and does not intentionally collect personal profiles or saved locations on an app-owned backend server.

5. Ads and analytics

Based on the current app setup, GeoPilot Pro does not include advertising SDKs or Firebase Analytics. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Notifications and foreground service

The app may use notifications to show that a foreground location service is running. On supported Android versions, the app may request notification permission so it can display service status clearly.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your saved locations with advertisers. Third-party providers may process requests only when their services are used for map or place functionality.

8. Data retention and deletion

Saved locations and preferences remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear the app data or uninstall the app.

9. Children’s privacy

GeoPilot Pro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
